Amazonite crystal with smoky quartz

A nice piece of Amazonite with brilliant blue-green crystals and smoky quartz. This is a great specimen for the rock collector or rock lover. It woud be a great additon to a collection!

Amazonite is a form of microcline feldspar. It is believed to get its beautiful color from lead and water in the feldspar.

This piece was mined at a private claim in Park County Colorado.
