Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays or times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders.
All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States. Carrier and service level is selected at our discretion but will likely be USPS First Class, Ground Advantage or Priority or UPS Ground. If other carriers or services are required, email us for a price quote.
For all orders, domestic or international, the shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Once the shipment is in the hands of the carrier, we’re at the mercy of the carrier for its timely delivery. Generally speaking, if shipped via USPS Parcel Select, it will take from 2-8 days, USPS Priority Mail from 1-3 days and via UPS Ground 1-5 days. Selection of the carrier is it our discretion based on the size and weight of the package to be shipped.
Expedited Shipping
Options for expedited shipping are available at checkout.
NOTE: The expedited shipping is related to the carrier service for which it will ship. It does not lessen the up to 5 business days to process the order. Contact us at info@roccia-roba.com if you’d like to explore options for more quick processing time in addition to the expedited shipping.
International Shipping
We provide international shipping to the countries supported by UPS and USPS, and not legally forbidden.
International shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT, which are applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer. Roccia Roba is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Shipping is available to PO boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO), and Diplomatic Post Offices (DPO) within the continental United States.
Accuracy of the Address
We will ship the order to the address provided. We are not responsible for orders mis-delivered or lost due to invalid addresses added to the order.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@roccia-roba.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is returned unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount once we receive the return - but please contact us first!
