This is a Vanadinite is a rare mineral composed of lead vanadate and found in a variety of bright colors including the reddish orange as seen here.

It is quite popular with rock collectors due to its unique crystal structure and vibrant colors. The crystal structure of vanadinite is hexagonal, and it forms prismatic, barrel-shaped, or tabular crystals. This piece has some great interconnectivity of the crystals.
